SC ANOOM LABORATORIES SRL reserves the right to cancel the order, without any subsequent obligation of any party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other, in the following situations:

The prices of the products are calculated individually, depending on the request sent to SC ANOOM LABORATORIES SRL. The prices offered to the customer do not include shipping fees. These fees will be included in the final price. ANOOM LABORATORIES SRL also uses the transportation services of other companies. The responsibility for these transportation services lies entirely with the service providers. It is the user's responsibility to know and accept the terms and conditions of the transportation services before accepting the use of these services.

Data protection

In accordance with the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and of Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, the website www.greenbiom.ro managed by SC ANOOM LABORATORIES SRL is obliged to manage in a safe manner and only for the specified purposes, the personal data that the consumer provides online or by telephone.
